Day 2
Welcome to Day 2.
Yesterday was tough, but not specifically impossible.
A few accomplishments: For the first time in months, I didn't binge eat. I actually sort of starved myself, which isn't necessarily an accomplishment, but was necessary, I believed. Also, I never actually got hungry, because I had eaten so much the day prior. See Day 1 Food for info on what I did eat. I also threw away the pot and the drug paraphanelia that I was in possession of. Also, I remembered that my mom had given me a pedomoter for Xmas, so I attached that to my sock and began to track how many steps I take in a day. I have heard that you need to do 10,000 steps a day. I've got some work to do!!
So, some facts:
Day 1 food:
Chunky Chicken Gumbo (entire can, about 2 servings)
Minute Maid Berry Punch (probably 3 or 4 servings total)
Water (not as much as I need to drink...)
Day 1 exercise:
5,000 steps (the regular walk with Tessie is about 1,000 steps)
Daily weight: 282 (down 5 pounds)
The pictures for yesterday weren't posting for some reason. I will try and post today's pictures, and then will try and edit yesterday's post to get the Day 1 pictures up.
