Day 60
Yesterday was another good day, with all of the restlessness of Tuesday almost completely subsided.
I don’t have any fruit in the house, so I skipped breakfast at home, but did bring a breakfast bar and my vitamins to work. There, I had a banana and the bar. For lunch, I just couldn’t resist the grilled chicken Caesar salad!! I should have, but… didn’t want to. Ugh. I went for Thousand Island dressing rather than the Caesar dressing. Not sure that it made much of a difference, but I did have less on it (I did it myself) than the Caesar dressing that they normally put on.
I was tempted to skip dinner, then I was tempted to go to the movies and have popcorn, then I finally decided to stay home and watch a movie (Syriana), and have a bowl of soup. It was delicious!
And, I didn’t get a fourth walk in. I did three walks, plus my yoga workout, but I fell asleep early (10:30 p.m.) and couldn’t get the energy up to do a final walk.
So that was yesterday. Here, the facts:

Breakfast bar

Chunky chicken gumbo (entire can)

Day 59 exercise: Three long walks plus 20 minute yoga workout
Daily weight: 240 lbs. (down 47)
Today should be like yesterday. I’ll probably cave into the mid-day salad, but oh well.
