Day 61
Wow, I'm into my third month! I sort of can't believe this. And while I'm still rather impatient (I hold my stomach in my hands and whine to it that I want it gone), I've got to stop for a moment and be happy with what I've accomplished so far. It's a pretty huge feat this whole thing, and something I have failed to do at any point in my life.
So, yesterday was another good day. The same breakfast as the day before (breakfast bar and a banana), the same lunch (damn you, grilled chicken Caesar salad!!), but... I sort of skipped dinner. I did snack on a few pieces of orange chicken that I had picked up for my boss to eat with a friend for dinner, and I did snack on Quaker Quakes while putting his groceries away, so I wasn't remotely hungry. But for whatever it's worth, I did skip the whole dinner thing.
Truth is, I was craving terribly the orange chicken from Wokcano again. Ugh. But I did resist...
And I didn't get in a fourth walk again, but did do my yoga. Like the day prior, when 10:00 p.m. rolled around, I was dead to the world and dozing on the sofa.
Anyway, that was yesterday. Here now are the facts:
Day 60 food:
Breakfast bar
Banana
Water
Grilled chicken Caesar salad (about 4/5 order)
Water
Quaker quakes (1 1/2 servings)
Orange chicken (3 pcs.)
Water
Day 60 exercise: Three long walks plus 20 minute yoga workout
Daily weight: 238 (down 49)
I can't believe it's Friday already. Therapy this afternoon, which (as always) I'm looking forward to. And there might even be a buffet in my future this weekend (though I'm not holding my breath that it'll happen). But for today, more of the same... I might go to the movies tonight, to see "Zodiac."
