Day 32

Welcome to Month #2!!

I've looked forward to typing that for days!

So things yesterday were okay, but not great. Eating-wise, they were just fine. I barely ate. And that's sort of the problem.

Again, I didn't get hungry, not at all actually. But, I think this small plateau that I've hit is causing me to over-analyze every little thing that I do. I have sort of enjoyed weighing myself daily, because it is helping me to learn more about my body. But on the other hand, I am obsessing a bit too much about the number, and ignoring the progress I'm actually making.

Basically, I skipped dinner last night. I wasn't hungry, and went to bed not feeling hungry, but there was no excuse for missing it last night. I could have easily microwaved a can of soup. But didn't.

I'm not going to beat myself up too much about it, but I am quite aware of it right now, and am going to do my best to overcome this.

So, the facts:

Day 31 food:

Shake (OJ, banana, blueberries, non-fat vanilla yougurt, ice)

Chunky chicken gumbo (full can, 2 servings)

Day 31 exercise: 4 long walks

Daily weight: 255 lbs. (down 32)


Another full day of work tonight, but I do have dinner plans, so I will be eating this evening. Sushi with a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday (which is tomorrow!).
