Day 33

Today's my birthday! Happy birthday to me...

I've generally not made a big deal out of my birthday, and today is shaping up to follow that tradition. I'll work in the morning, go to therapy in the afternoon, and do laundry and prepare for a houseguest coming tomorrow in the evening. Very exciting.

And yesterday was a good day. I had three meals: my shake for breakfast, a can of soup for lunch, and then sushi for dinner.

The dinner was good. I'm pretty sure most everything that I ate was healthy, though I did have one shrimp tempura roll. But I passed on any other tempura, and did have an order of gyoza, though I'm not going to beat myself up too much about that.

So, the facts:

Day 32 food:

Shake (banana, blueberries, splash of OJ, low-fat strawberry yougurt, ice)
Water
Tangerine
Chunky chicken gumbo (entire can, 2 servings)
Water
Spicy tuna roll (six pieces)
Gyoza (five pieces)
Shrimp tempura roll (two pieces)
Giant prawn roll (one piece)
Water

Day 32 exercise: Four walks

Daily weight: 256 lbs. (down 21)



So that's everything. Today, I'll have to make some decisions about lunch and dinner, but I'm pretty sure I should be able to soldier on without too much of a problem. The only thing that might become a problem is, just a few moments ago when bending down to pick up my knapsack, my back sort of cracked. I feel like the same back pain I was in a couple of weeks ago might be back. That's realllly going to ruin my birthday...
