Day 79
Yesterday turned out to be an uneventful, albeit fine, day.
Started out a bit later than usual (called in sick to my morning job), and had some of the leftover fruit salad. Followed that up with a run, and then finished off the leftover Caesar salad.
Once at my afternoon job, I snacked on some grapes, then headed home around 7:30 p.m. On the way home, I stopped and had some sushi for dinner.
Literally, nothing else exciting or eventful to report. No huge cravings for anything, not too hungry throughout the day, no real struggle. This keeps getting easier and easier. God, let this last...
So, just the facts:
Day 78 food:
Fruit salad (medium bowl)

Caesar salad (medium bowl)

Grapes (about 15)

Gyoza (6 pcs.)
California roll (6 pcs.)
Spicy tuna roll (6 pcs.)
Crunchy roll (3 pcs.)

Day 78 exercise: Three long walks plus 1 1/2 mile run
Daily weight: 230 lbs. (down 57)
So that was yesterday. Today, back to the morning job, plus the afternoon job. No big plans tonight, though I might go see a movie with a friend, if a meeting that's supposed to happen either tonight or tomorrow gets officially scheduled for tomorrow.
