Day 75

Yesterday was another good day, with not too much out of the ordinary to report.

Breakfast was the usual, banana and a breakfast bar, lunch was another grilled chicken Caesar salad (my last of the week, I presume), and dinner was rice, salsa, grilled chicken and some cheese. I caved and put the cheese in. I thought about not doing it, but at the last minute decided, a little isn't going to kill me.

I also bought these new popcorn cakes, much better than the Quaker Quakes. Less sodium, less sugar, and still fat free. I ate two of them. Soooo good.

And I increased my run to a mile and a half. It wasn't that difficult. The beginning of the run was still a bit harder than I would like, but I found a good pace and kept it up for the entire time.

So, that was the day. Now, the facts:

Banana

Chicken, rice, salsa and cheese (about 1/2 cup rice, 4 chicken tenders, lots of salsa, small handful of cheese)

Day 74 exercise: Three long walks plus 1 1/2 mile run

Daily weight: 233 lbs. (down 54)


So that was the day. Today, some work, therapy (which I missed last week), plus a small $20 poker tournament tonight. It's been weeks since I've played, so I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing.
