Day 67

So yesterday was the un-Tuesday. A perfectly good day, without too many struggled, with very few thoughts of self-destruction.

Breakfast was another breakfast bar and a banana. I'm just not feeling the shake right now for some reason, and the bar and banana are keeping me pretty satisfied. I didn't eat lunch, but instead snacked on fruit and veges, and dinner was the old stand-by, a can of soup. I drank plenty of water, too.

So overall a great day. And that's strange to me, because there wasn't much of a difference between Tuesday and Wednesday. Oh well.

So without much else to write, here are the facts:

Day 66 food:

Banana
Breakfast bar
Water
Watermelon (about 8 pcs.)
Canteloupe (about 12 pcs.)
Grapes (about 10)
Honeydew (about 12 pcs.)
Pineapple (about 3 pcs.)
Baby carrots (about 5)
Water
Campbells Chunky chicken gumbo (entire can)
Water

Day 66 exercise: Four long walks plus 1 mile run

Daily weight: 237 lbs. (down 50)


So that was the day that was. Today should be another normal day. Breakfast soon, perhaps a grilled chicken Caesar salad for lunch (which I haven't had for a few days), and something for dinner. Friday Saturday and Sunday will be interesting, as I will be in a screenwriting seminar from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. all three days. It's going to be tough to get exercise and good food, I'm sure. Stay tuned.
