Day 85
While yesterday was a lazy day, it was also a good day.
Again, I slept late, so missed breakfast. Prior to lunch, I went to the grocery store and picked up the fixin's to make a grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was good, but not great. I grilled the chicken up, but it still tasted kind of funny. Oh well.
For dinner, I roasted a mixture of red potato, sweet potato, onion and green pepper, mixed in some salsa and cheese. It was good, but not great. I probably could have gone without the sweet potato, but oh well.
And I did get in a run, 2 miles again. That's getting easier. Plus, four walks.
So, just the facts:
Day 85 food:
Grilled chicken Caesar salad (medium bowl)
Water
Roasted potato (about 2 potatos, small handful of cheese, olive oil, salsa)
Water
Day 85 exercise: Four long walks plus 2 mile run
Daily weight: 229 lbs. (down 58)
So that was yesterday. Today, back to work. Not sure what I'll end up eating, but hopefully I will get in a run when I get home from work later on.
