Day 80
Yesterday was a good day.
I had leftover fruit salad for breakfast (no breakfast bar!), then baked snapper for lunch (made by the housekeeper at my first boss's house). It was decent, but not great. I'm just not totally a fan of fish, though I'm learning to like it more.
For dinner I made rice, salsa, chicken, diced green peppers, and some cheese. Again, I could have done without the cheese, but it definitely helped.
I also ate a little fruit salad between lunch and dinner.
And that's all I've got this morning. I didn't sleep well last night at all, and now I'm running late. Ugh.
So, just the facts:
Day 79 food:
Fruit salad
Water
Snapper (1 medium pc.)
Salad (small amount)

Fruit salad (small bowl)

Chicken rice salsa cheese and green peppers (large serving)

Day 79 exercise: Three long walks plus 1 1/2 mile run
Daily weight: 229 lbs. (down 58)
So that was the day. Nothing this week has gone as I had expected it to, so I can't even begin to predict what today will hold.
