Day 44
Yesterday was an interesting day because I was in such a snacky mood all day. I didn't ever indulge my snacks with anything bad, but I was still wanting to snack throughout.
There were two things that contributed to that. First, I don't think I drank enough water. I sort of hate the way the filtered water at my morning job tastes, so that stops me from really drinking a lot, and second, I didn't really have lunch. I had a few mouthfuls of the leftover Mexican chicken, but not an entire meal.
So, between grapes and rice cakes, I was always sort of picking around.
But I kept the urges to snack on something worse at bay, and in the end feel good about the day I had.
So, the facts:
Day 43 food:
Shake (banana, OJ, ice, blueberries, low-fat strawberry yougurt)

Mexican chicken (three mouthfuls)

Daily weight: 248 lbs. (down 39)
So that was the day that was. Today should be another regimented day, so there probably won't be too many problems to report.
