Day 37
Wow, 37 days. Kind of strange to have kept it up this long.
Yesterday was an okay day. No great slip-up, though my dinner was suspect to say the least.
I had my shake for breakfast, the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, but for dinner... popcorn. Yum.
I went to the movies with a friend ("Letters from Iwo Jima," do not rush out to see it), and instead of having a little dinner before the movie, we had popcorn. Oh well.
And I did my grocery shopping yesterday after the movie, and felt much better going through the supermarket. I wasn't as angry as I have been in the past doing that. I did stare at a box of doughnuts for a smidge longer than I should have, but that was about it.
So, the facts:
Day 36 food:
Shake (banana, ice, OJ, strawberry low-fat yougurt, blueberries)
Water
Grilled chicken Caesar salad (almost all of it)
Water
Orange
Water
Popcorn
Large fruit punch
Water
Day 36 exercise: Three long walks plus 20-min. yoga routine
Daily weight: 253 lbs. (down 34)
So back to a full day of work today. Should manage to have my shake this morning (though I did snooze alarm it for almost an hour), probably soup for lunch, and dinner... t.b.d.
